Any constructive criticism will be much appreciated! I'd like to know what I have to work on, what I'm getting right... so I continue to grow as an artist.
YOu have a wonderful shot that makes it look as though you were sitting on the mountain side itself. The water reflecting the surrounding objects looks fantastic as well, it's quite astonishing really!
Though the palm trees to me look out of place, I can also agree, given the terrain, that they would belong there as well. The rock jutting out of the middle where the water forks makes it interesting as well. It's not flat and has character.
The sky is beautiful, though the clouds, top left, look a little harsh to me, that doesn't mean that I hate them, but it adds a different dimension to the photo, like a storm is coming, or a storm just ended. The clouds around the mountain attract my eye. I live next to mountains and every morning, the cool mountain air draws the clouds down to the mountains and it looks just like that.
The draw distance is awesome! Though personally I would have made the back mountains a little more hazy or unclear, but, seeing as they are, they are beautiful and grand.
Over all, if it weren't a critique, you would easily get 10/10 (or 5/5 stars, but the little nitpicking is what makes a critique. You blow my imagination out of my own universe with this one.
WOw- That looks amazing! Is Vue really good at making plants an outdoor stuff? It looks like it is- From what I've seen lately. Lots of people with the best most realistic looking outdoor enviroments seem to use Vue. I was just wondering...to say the least this is amazing. ^_^
VUE is great! I use it for the specific purpose of creating outdoor environments with it... mostly landscapes. It's very powerful, can be somewhat difficult, but the results are like you said: amazing!
